Meet the Witch

A little about the hands behind the craft.

A note from behind the counter

Well met, traveler.

I'm Anthony Rabbit (he/him), a self-taught eclectic witch in my thirties, with a practice strongly influenced by Hellenic traditions. Anthony Rabbit is the name I use within my craft; I keep my legal name private in accordance with my spiritual practices.

For over 21 years, I've explored witchcraft through independent study, personal experience, and traditions that are open to learn from. I've been reading tarot since I was young, and I've found a sense of spiritual peace in pagan paths that I didn't experience in the religion in which I was raised.

I believe that witchcraft and pagan spirituality are deeply personal journeys. A meaningful practice is built through curiosity, an understanding of our history, honest self-reflection, kindness, and respect for others. That respect includes recognizing and honoring the boundaries of closed spiritual traditions.

I have tremendous respect for everyone's religious journey. I don't believe there is one religion that is right for everyone, but rather different paths that are right for different people.

At the heart of my practice is a simple conviction: belief is power. Whether we call it manifestation, intention, prayer, or something else entirely, I see these as different expressions of the remarkable influence belief can have on our lives.

Above all, I don't claim to have the universe figured out. I'm one small creature in an immeasurably vast and mysterious existence, and I find that thought comforting rather than frightening. To me, spirituality, religion, science, and magic are all threads in the same extraordinary fabric. Just because we cannot explain something today doesn't mean we never will.

I believe there's always more to discover, more to understand, and more room for wonder.

So, wherever your own path has taken you, you're welcome here.
