Workshop Policies

Nature of the work

Custom spellwork, spell jars, tarot and oracle readings, dream interpretation, and sigils are offered for entertainment, spiritual exploration, and personal reflection. They are not substitutes for medical, mental-health, legal, or financial advice. No particular result or outcome is promised or guaranteed. Dream interpretation is symbolic, not a clinical assessment.

Inquiries & payment

Each custom inquiry is reviewed individually. We will discuss the scope and agree on a price before any payment is requested. Once a commission is approved, payment can be arranged through an agreed method, including PayPal invoice, Venmo, or Cash App.

Estimated turnaround times

Every commission is prepared with care. These are estimated completion windows, not guaranteed delivery dates:

• Tarot & Oracle Readings3–5 business days
• Dream Interpretation5–7 business days
• Custom Sigils5–10 business days
• Custom Spellwork7–14 business days
• Handmade Spell Jars7–14 business days, excluding shipping

The turnaround period starts after your commission has been accepted, all necessary information has been provided, and payment has been confirmed. Submitting an inquiry does not automatically place an order in the queue.

More complex requests or busy periods may require additional time. If a significant delay arises, I will contact you with an updated estimate. For spell jars, shipping and delivery time are separate from preparation time.

Cancellations & refunds

Cancellations requested within 24 hours after confirmed payment are eligible for a full refund of the amount paid.

For cancellation requests made more than 24 hours after payment, the practitioner retains 20% of the order cost to help recoup time spent or materials reserved, and the remaining 80% is refunded. These terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Changes & revisions

Requests to revise the original commission details must be submitted within 24 hours after confirmed payment to be guaranteed. Requests made after that window may be considered, but adjustments cannot be guaranteed once preparations or work have begun.

Shipping destinations

Shipping for physical items, including handmade spell jars, is available to the United States and Canada only.

Shipping and delivery time are separate from the estimated 7–14 business days required to prepare a spell jar. Shipping costs and delivery estimates will be confirmed as part of the individual order discussion. Digital services do not require shipping.

Additional details before launch

A privacy notice and any additional shipping details will be added before the website is published. These policies are intended to set clear expectations and remain subject to applicable consumer laws.
